Rhonda Toft brought thirty years of high-level human resources and client services experience when she joined Alternative HR in 2023.

Working primarily in the financial services industry, Rhonda’s most recent employer, HSBC, gave her the opportunity to work in various capacities in the UK, Canada, Dubai, and India, in addition to the United States, where she served as a Vice President and Employee Relations Specialist.

She has a wide range of HR skills, including significant experience advising workplace leaders, resolving management and employee issues, and conducting complex workplace investigations. Rhonda has conducted investigations involving hundreds of EEOC complaints, workers’ compensation matters, and unemployment claims, and has testified in federal court on behalf of her employer.

Rhonda is extremely knowledgeable in employment law, workplace policies, compensation issues, and organizational culture. With Alternative HR, Rhonda helps businesses, nonprofits, and public entities utilize HR best practices to build and develop their teams.
