Dynamic Communications/DISC

While everyone communicates, not everyone is skilled at communicating. We utilize the DISC behavioral and communications model to help you and your team understand how people communicate, how they react, and why. Then we show the team how to recognize different communication styles, and how to adapt communications to be most effective. 

Whether you need to improve one-on-one communications, or improve collaboration among your team, this session will help the team recognize and appreciate behavioral strengths and weaknesses, and help them understand how to communicate, interact and influence others at an advanced level.
