If you are looking for a ‘corporate’ HR gig, this isn’t it. We do HR differently.  We primarily work with employers who have no HR professional on staff.  In a normal week, our HR Consultants work with multiple clients on a variety of projects. To be on our team, you need to be HR savvy, but also must be organized, adaptable, and confident in dealing with people and challenging situations!

Our HR Consultants enjoy variety and challenge, and they love helping clients solve problems. They appreciate flexibility, and whether they work full-time or part-time, they manage their own time, and they thrive working with a team of other “HR Rockstars” who encourage and support one another!
