Tasia Dass joined Alternative HR in 2024. She brought over eight years of HR experience with her, plus another five years of business management experience. Tasia says she has found her true calling as a Human Resources professional.

Throughout her career, Tasia has consistently demonstrated a passion for enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives. Tasia excels in optimizing talent acquisition processes, refining the onboarding experience, and implementing impactful HR solutions. Known for her ability to drive positive change within teams, she has been both a leader and a mentor in the organizations where she has worked.

Tasia is committed to fostering growth and development in the people around her. She works hard to align HR initiatives with business objectives, creating a dynamic and productive workplace environment. By partnering with key stakeholders, Tasia effectively focuses on full-cycle HR procedures, making her an invaluable asset to her clients.

Tasia is a member of the Sioux Empire Society for Human Resource Management (SESHRM). She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics South Dakota.
