Throughout her career, Michelle has not only become an expert in employee relations, employee engagement, and retention, but has also gained tremendous experience in project management, sales and marketing, quality assurance, accreditation, contracts, policy and procedure management, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination. She is exceptional at working with our clients to align HR strategies to organizational goals and objectives.
