Holly Hansen joined Alternative HR in 2016 after spending 15 years as a talent acquisition specialist in the health care industry. Holly sets up job postings for our clients, then reviews and screens incoming candidates, conducts initial interviews, processes background and reference checks, schedules pre-employment assessments, facilitates job offers, and assists with the on-boarding process. Holly is particularly good at assessing how well a candidate matches a client’s needs and expectations!
Holly also provides office and administrative support to the firm and its other HR consultants, and probably answers the phone more than anyone else! She is responsible for creating and editing the firm’s weekly newsletters, for researching changes in HR laws and regulations, and for managing client and consultant communications.
Holly serves on the firm’s marketing planning team, and is a member of Sioux Empire SHRM (SESHRM).
