Gail Anderson joined Alternative HR in 2020 and brought over 20 years of experience in human resources, with significant staffing, talent acquisition, and HR consulting experience. Gail is a critical advocate for her clients in assisting with compliance, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, conflict resolution and more. Gail primarily works with clients in NW Iowa.
Throughout her career, Gail has built solid relationships with leadership in all industries and offers high levels of service to her clients. She has a strong reputation with her clients for her ability to counsel and assist clients through all types of challenges, whether work or personal issues. Gail is comfortable whether she is talking to an hourly employee about benefits, or meeting with a business owner or CEO about HR strategies.
Gail has experience in setting up HR departments for smaller employers, and in addition to recruiting, she has worked with performance management, benefits, employee relations and conflict management.
Gail is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and of the Northwest Iowa/Southwest Minnesota Human Resources Association.
