Amy Buss is a veteran human resources professional with over 20 years of HR management and director experience, including positions with DakotAbilities, Children’s Home Society and Vast Broadband. Amy has demonstrated expertise in strengthening employee relations, developing effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, improving benefit offerings and administration, and in helping with organizational development and improvement. Amy has been a strong strategic partner in all of her positions, and has built lasting relationships at all organizational levels.

From assuring compliance to developing innovative recruiting and retention campaigns, from defining compensation philosophies to HRIS system evaluation and implementation, Amy has been involved in all aspects of human resources in the organizations she has served.

Amy is a long-time member of the Sioux Empire Society for Human Resource Management (SESHRM), and has also been involved in the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, and the Sioux Falls Recruiting Cooperative.
