Sandy Herkenhoff joined Alternative HR in 2018 and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, performance management, HRIS data management, and strategic planning and initiatives. Sandy’s previous experience includes HR management positions in the credit card industry, within a university system, and in the non-profit world, and she has managed human resource functions with organizations with multiple locations in multiple states.
Sandy offers outstanding expertise to our clients in structuring their HR practices to compete for top talent and to ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations. She is great at resolving employee issues and at improving communications within client organizations.
